About WelGeneM
Opportunity grows when people come first.
WelGeneM is a family-led business built around practical service, transparent relationships, and a long-term view of community wealth.
Our story
Built with purpose.
Co-founders Faruq Abdullah and Aaliyah Chance bring an ownership mindset to every relationship. Our work spans real estate opportunities, transportation through WelGeneM Fleet Services LLC, and careful exploration of asset recovery.
Across these areas, we aim to listen well, explain clearly, and create outcomes that respect the people behind every transaction.
“Building wealth. Creating opportunities. Leaving a legacy.”
